In the State Assembly, Celeste will push to expand maternal health access so that no mother is left without care during pregnancy or postpartum, and no family is forced to navigate one of life’s most vulnerable moments alone. She knows that childcare is not a luxury — it’s what allows parents to work, children to learn, and families to stay afloat. That’s why she is committed to strengthening childcare systems, supporting providers, and expanding access to affordable, reliable care for working families across the Northeast Valley.
